As a Paid Ads Expert specializing in Meta Paid Ads and Google Ads, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our online advertising strategies. You will work closely with the marketing team to create and manage ad campaigns that effectively promote our brand, drive traffic, and generate conversions.

Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive paid advertising strategies across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads platforms.

Create, manage, and optimize ad campaigns to meet performance objectives such as ROI, ROAS, CPC, and CTR.

Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategies.

Design and write compelling ad copy and create engaging visual assets in collaboration with the creative team.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, providing regular reports and actionable insights.

Perform A/B testing to continuously improve ad performance and conversion rates.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure optimal campaign performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align advertising efforts with overall marketing and business objectives.

Manage advertising budgets and optimize spend to maximize results within allocated budgets.

Identify opportunities for growth and recommend new channels or tactics to enhance advertising effectiveness.

Qualifications:Proven experience as a Paid Ads Specialist or similar role, with a focus on Meta Paid Ads and Google Ads.

In-depth knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

Excellent understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.

Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Analytics, and other relevant platforms.

Experience with A/B testing, ad copywriting, and creative development.

Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads Certification, Meta Blueprint) are a plus.
