Eligibility Criteria Experience : 10-20 years in Fine dine/QSR Industry or Hotels Designation : Assistant Manager /Deputy Manager CTC - Upto 40 LPA Location - Mumbai Job Description Skilled Capex Procurement Specialist with extensive knowledge in kitchen equipment technicalities, detailing, sourcing, and procurement. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the procurement process for kitchen equipment and overseeing construction-related works essential for RBL foods and related store setups. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with existing supplier to manage all procurement related activities for both Kitchen equipment & General contracting works. Conduct thorough research to identify potential suppliers and contractors capable of providing high-quality kitchen equipment and construction services suitable for QSR environments. Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors, ensuring favourable terms and conditions aligned with budgetary constraints and project timelines. Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to interpret technical requirements and translate them into procurement specifications. Manage the procurement process from RFQ (Request for Quotation) to PO (Purchase Order) issuance and delivery, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project deadlines. Prepare Mat & service codes for all new equipment and service related capex works in the specified organizational format. Coordinate with central and relevant EPC teams to acquire relevant cost approvals. Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the procurement and construction phases. Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including cost analyses, supplier evaluations, and contract modifications. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in kitchen equipment and construction practices to recommend process improvements and cost-saving initiatives. Plan, order and stock long lead items/equipment. Prepare detailed planning to start capex warehousing and will be the process owner for capex warehouse for inwards and outward movement Reconcile and keep track of all equipment and material stored at warehouse and plan relative movements/transfer. Tally and track each material/equipment at each store and warehouse to ensure that correct data management. Coordinate with design team and Project Manager to acquire the list of equipment/material for ordering/delivery at every project/store. Ensure timely ordering, delivery and aligning relevant teams/suppliers for installation and commissioning of equipment and other material for every project. Prepare timely report and database along with data analytics to provide hands on data for optimization and savings. Required Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field. 5-10 years of progressive experience in procurement, specifically within the Fine Dine/QSR industry with a focus on kitchen equipment and general construction. In-depth knowledge of kitchen equipment technical specifications, procurement processes, and supplier management. Familiarity with general construction practices and requirements for QSR establishments, including General construction, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural components. Proven track record of successfully managing multiple procurement projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office Suite. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Procurement or Supply Chain Management is a plus. Experience working with international suppliers and managing global procurement processes.
