General Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced senior executive to initiate operations of a Consultancy firm. The ideal candidate will have experience setting overall strategies, policies, procedures, managing a budget, leading a team, and managing the daily operation of the department. They will be responsible for maintaining the standard of work as well as onboarding and hiring new team members. Responsibilities:

• Setting the strategy and organisation's long term vision
• Provide leadership and direction to a team of people
• Overseeing the budget
• Manage operations and finances of the business
• Manage the business development of the business
• Recruit and train new hires on business practices
• Drive development and growth of the organisation
• Ensure quality of internal processes and external representation
• Establish the strategies, policies, procedures and ensure systematic approaches are in place.

• Minimum of a Bachelor's in Business Management or relevant qualification
• Minimum of 10 years of managerial experience
• Preferably experienced in managing consultancy teams
• Strong administrative & leadership skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead
• Comfort working with budgets, business development, revenue, and forecasting
• Strong communication skills
