While applying online, ensure your nationality is chosen correctly against the column "Work authorization".Detailed JDJob Description - Instrumentation and Control Maintenance Technician (DEPOT/QJET)To carry out routine maintenance and calibration checks on instruments, electronic and system instruments, routine visual checks, test and inspect instruments within the plant and assigned areas as directed to ensure sound working of instruments and systems, in line with CLIENT standards. This position involves both office and field work.Check the performance of various instruments and follow the maintenance procedures to ascertain that they are in good working condition.Perform corrective maintenance, instrument repairs in order to ensure that the instruments are well calibrated and in good working condition for smooth operations.Conduct instrument maintenance activities at all CLIENT facilities as directed and requested by superiors.Carry out inspections of instruments, check alarms, identify equipment problems and compare control room and field indicators.Perform calibrations of gauges, transmitters, switches of pressure, level, flow, etc.Perform servicing, testing and maintenance of Control Valves & Actuators.Perform loop checks, simulation tests in plant control system.Carry out routine maintenance; disassemble and check instruments, calibrate and test serviced instruments to ensure proper operations.Report all serious malfunctions to the Maintenance Engineer for his advice and directions.Receive repair work orders and carry out routine repair for instrumentation, equipment and systems, including fault diagnosis, replacing or repairing faulty components as required.Assist in minor overhauls of various instruments in the workshop.Repair, check or replace and re-calibrate instruments as and when required.Carry out run-up and dual checks on equipment to validate and ensure that all equipment is working.Perform and carry out routine maintenance activities for instruments at CLIENT'S facilities as directed and requested by superiors.Monitor the quality of repaired instruments within defined limits so that any deviations or abnormal sounds are identified and corrected proactively.Perform work order completion in computer maintenance management systems.Job Description - Electrical Maintenance Technician (DEPOT/QJET)To carry out maintenance to check and maintain the performance condition of electrical equipment, machinery, parts and insulation and ensure they are working safely and efficiently in line with WOQOD standards. This position involves both office and field work.Perform and carry out electrical maintenance activities at client facilities within the same discipline and specialty wherever/whenever directed and requested by superiors.Follow and implement verbal or written instructions from the Maintenance Engineer including dimensional sketches, wiring and circuit diagrams and use the necessary materials, tools, meters and measuring equipment to maintain and repair electrical equipment.Carry out routine breakdown maintenance on electrical motors, switchgears, control panels, lighting, UPS, battery banks, capacitor banks, heat tracing systems etc. as and when required.Report all serious malfunctions to the Maintenance Engineer for his advice and directions.Receive repair work orders and carry out routine repair for electrical related equipment and systems, including fault diagnosis, replacing or repairing faulty components as required.Modify control circuit diagrams to change the control system for protection.Install cables, circuit breakers, bus bar chambers and transformers; carry out termination and joint work for cables, and conduct insulation tests before charging.Good computer knowledge and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).Strong written & verbal communication skills, problem-solving skills.Good knowledge in permit to work systems for Oil/Gas Industries.Knowledge in electrical hazardous area classification and related standards.Job Description - Mechanical Maintenance Technician (DEPOT/QJET)Perform all mechanical installation, operating tests, repair and maintenance of rotating/static equipment.Perform all planned/preventive/predictive maintenance work with minimum supervision.Ensure all maintenance work carried out in accordance with safety procedures.Perform regular inspections of any equipment and analyze operating condition.Experienced with pumps and valves overhaul.Familiar with dial gauge/laser alignment, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.Arrange for all necessary spares, tools, materials and equipment to complete any job.Identify and prepare all the required spares list.Ability to work at heights and confined spaces.Has the ability to read mechanical drawing/P&ID/Isometric drawings.Job Description - Petrol Station Maintenance Technician (Fueling)Able to carry out maintenance jobs for a chain of modern petrol stations working round the clock.Knowledge of petroleum rules and safety regulations.Able to understand and diagnose equipment breakdowns and carry out troubleshooting efficiently.Effectively troubleshoot, test, repair fault finds and diagnose failures on machinery, appliance fixtures.Able to understand electrical/civil/mechanical/plumbing and other P&ID diagrams.Knowledge of PLC automation control systems, maintenance and troubleshooting.Job Description - Facility Maintenance Technician (HVAC)Able to carry out maintenance/corrective jobs for the petrol stations working round the clock.Knowledge of food product rules and safety regulations.Able to understand and diagnose equipment breakdowns and carry out troubleshooting efficiently.Ability to work in a team to achieve high level of productivity and safety standards.Able to handle installation, commissioning, troubleshooting etc.High level of integrity and loyalty.With a clear demonstration of teamwork, flexibility, change adaptability, initiative, analytical thinking and problem-solving capacity.Will have the ability to work under pressure with less supervision.Carry out maintenance work and troubleshooting on HVAC equipment and systems.Effectively troubleshoot, test, repair fault finds and diagnose failures on equipment and appliances.Able to understand wiring drawings/flowcharts etc. (Electrical/mechanical/plumbing and other P&ID diagrams).Knowledge of electrical power maintenance and troubleshooting.Knowledge of reading and understanding equipment manuals.Ability to understand safety measures and risk assessment system.Join our social media channels to stay tuned on recruitment news: Facebook | Join our Telegram channel | Follow WhatsApp Channel | LinkedInGoogle Review: Rajab Manpower Consultants would love your feedback.
