The Housekeeping Lead may work in any location on client premises. This individual will be a working Team Lead and will help with cleaning duties when required, as well as inspections and distribution of workloads for the facilities of all Camp Rooms and common areas.Accountabilities/Responsibilities:Daily InspectionsTraining of new Housekeeping StaffDistribution and execution of daily, weekly, and monthly workloadsChampioning and maintaining a strong safety culture and understandingWill be required to step in and assist on all cleaning duties when required to ensure that workloads are completed to Sodexo Standards. This could include:Maintains Dorm AccommodationsMakes and changes bedsVacuums, sweeps, and mops floorsCleans washrooms, shower roomsDusting surfacesCollects and disposes of garbage, recycling, and compost dailyOrganize janitor closets and cartsMaintain upkeep and cleanliness of Public AreasMay be required to use specialized cleaning equipment/processesCleans light fixtures, ceilings and vents, walls, mattresses, furniture, windows, and window coveringsReports to Site ManagementPerforms other related duties as assigned by the ManagerGrowth, Development & Qualifications:Must have experience as a Lead or Supervisor Role in the following: Camp Attendant, Janitorial, or Chambermaid, in a commercial setting1 - 2 years of related work experienceMust be able to work independently with a minimum of supervisionMust be physically fit and capable of lifting heavy itemsMust have good attendance recordMust have good disciplinary recordAbility to work a flexible schedule.
