Company Description Qara is a MEA-based Tech company that offers a seamless, end-to-end, digital ecosystem for producers. Our platform enables producers to authenticate and trace their products to the end-consumers, connect with their full markets, and make data-driven decisions. Job Overview: The Junior Marketing Manager plays a crucial role in executing marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives to enhance brand visibility, engage our target audience, and drive business growth. Responsibilities: 1. Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns across various digital and traditional channels. 2. Content Creation: Contribute to content creation efforts, including blog posts, social media content, email marketing campaigns, and more, to engage our audience and communicate our value proposition. 3. Social Media Management: Assist in managing our social media presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. 4. Data Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Utilize data analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations. 5. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business development, product development, and customer support, to ensure marketing initiatives align with company objectives. 6. Reporting : Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI.Job Requirements
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-2 years of marketing experience, preferably in a tech or B2B environment.
- Experience in international companies is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, email marketing software, and analytics tools.
