Job Description

Primary duty : Support the Senior Manager of Business Development & Operations and liaise with bankers to ensure smooth processing of SME loan applications, from submission to final approval while complying with regulatory requirements.

End-to-End SME Loan Application Processing

  • Ensure all required documents are collected, organized, and submitted in a timely manner.
  • Follow up leads with bankers and collaborate with Financial Executives to facilitate the loan applications process and progress.
  • Maintain accurate records and data in the master listing.

Customer Communications

  • Serve as the primary contact between Financial Executives and bankers.
  • Ensure all parties are duly informed and aligned throughout the loan application process.
  • Provide timely updates on loan application status with remarks where deemed necessary.

Compliance and Documentation

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies throughout the loan application.
  • Maintain organized and effective records of the relevant documents for easy retrieval.

Others

  • Perform general administrative duties including filing, scanning of documents, and accurate data entry.
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks as and when required by the Superior or management.

Job Requirements

Requirements:
  • Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or related field.
  • 1-2 years working experience in the relevant industry.
  • Proven experience in loan processing in the SME leading sector is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance requirements is an added advantage.
  • Able to work independently and as a team player.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially in Excel & Word.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
