We are looking for Real Estate Brokers who will embark on an exciting career path in the dynamic world of real estate sales in UAE. In this commission-based role, you will leverage your sales skills and industry knowledge to connect buyers and sellers, facilitate transactions, and earn lucrative commissions.ResponsibilitiesProspect and cultivate relationships with potential clients, including property owners, buyers, and investors.Utilize various marketing channels to promote properties and attract prospective buyers.Conduct property valuations and market analyses to determine accurate listing prices.Provide personalized guidance and advice to clients on buying, selling, or leasing properties.Coordinate property viewings and showcase properties to prospective buyers.Negotiate sales contracts and lease agreements on behalf of clients, striving for favourable terms.Manage the entire sales process from offer acceptance to closing, ensuring smooth transactions.Stay updated on market trends and industry regulations through ongoing training and professional development.Work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets and objectives.Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and successful transactions.Qualifications and Skills:Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.Valid UAE driving license will be an added advantage.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Demonstrated sales aptitude and negotiation skills.Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in basic computer applications and real estate software/tools (training provided).Compensation: Commission: 50% (This is a commission-based job).
