It is committed to building high-value businesses, from start-ups and early stage ventures to mergers and acquisitions for more mature businesses.Responsibilities:Work closely with the Oracle ERP Functional & Technical team to manage the implementation, ongoing development, support, and training of Oracle modules from a functional perspective.Gather and analyze client requirements for Oracle Finance solutions (GL, AR, AP, CM, and FA) and Projects module.Design and configure Oracle Finance modules.Manage full life cycle of design and testing phases, conducting system testing and resolving technical issues.Provide end-user training and support.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation.Document system configurations and processes.Conduct regular system audits and performance evaluations.Produce necessary and related work documents during the due course as per the organization standards and Oracle best practice.Keep up to date with Oracle Finance module updates and enhancements.Provide recommendations for system improvements and optimizations.Manage cross-functional projects and Operational Support for Oracle EBS Financials domain (AP, AR, GL, FA, Cash Management).Provide Technical and Functional Expertise to key stakeholders and Business Subject Matter Experts.Maintain familiarity with Oracle suggested standards and approach for delivering quality work products.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.Skills & Professional Requirements:Strong knowledge of Oracle Finance modules and functionality.Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, functional documentation, setup documents, test scripts, and training materials, performing fit-gap analysis, functional configuration, testing, and training.Knowledge of EB tax and third-party tax utilities.Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Ability to work independently to understand business requirements and translate them to technical requirements.Independently lead at least 2-3 end-to-end Oracle Financials implementation lifecycles and support activities, with the ability to multitask and enhance a team environment.Capability of developing documents like BR100, MD50.Ability to write SQL queries to extract and analyze data from EBS tables.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.Proficiency in the Oracle Apps Projects module.Functional support on integration with other modules.Experience Requirements:Minimum 8+ years of experience in Oracle Applications (minimum 3-4 implementations).Proven experience as an Oracle Finance functional consultant or in a similar role.Attributes and Behaviours:Advanced professional skills with a focus on quality and customer service.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple project timelines effectively.Strong decision-making and innovation skills.Excellent teamwork and collaboration capabilities.
