As we are now expanding to India, we are looking for the right candidates to form the core of our Sales Team. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- First Contact With Incoming Leads (phone, website forms, etc…) to collect customer details and provide brief introduction of our company.
- Input Lead Details Into our CRM System & Assign Leads to Relevant Salespeople
- Supplier Inquiry and Selection – finding and inquiring with various suppliers (freight, importation, installation, office goods), handling proposals
- Office Administrator – help oversee office set-up (including construction phase) and follow-up with key players to ensure timely handover
- General Admin – general admin duties – bills, supplies & errands, Meeting arrangement, Travel arrangement, maintain administrative files and provide clerical support to Sales & Sales Director as required e.g. company and product presentation, proposal creation, contract negotiation
