For more information, visit ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS • Support our global manufacturing systems landscape by running projects to deploy and maintain different solutions to sites around the world. • Work with business partners to understand their needs and provide solutions. • Partner across IT to maintain, patch and upgrade production systems. • Provide break-fix support and possible off-hours support. • Maintain relevant technical documentation to ensure streamlined support and knowledge transfer within areas of responsibility. QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Production, or related field. • 3+ years’ experience providing technology support in a manufacturing environment. • Experience with MES, Quality Control, CMMS, QMS, or labeling is a plus. • Advanced investigation and problem-solving skills to solve problems. Determine root cause of issues and find a solution. • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team at all levels. • Excellent collaboration skills within a team, across other IT functions, and with business users. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities including good time management skills Job Location - Kharadi, Pune Work Mode - Hybrid
