SAP HCM - Time management (Positive) CATS

Time Evaluation:

• Architect and implement SAP Time Evaluation solutions.
• Develop and modify Time PCRs and Schemas to meet complex business requirements.
• Address and resolve issues related to Time Evaluation and its integration with Payroll.

• Lead the implementation of SAP Payroll and Time Evaluation solutions, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Oversee the integration of SAP Payroll with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
• Ensure data consistency and accuracy across integrated systems.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP Payroll and Time Evaluation.
• Proven experience in writing and maintaining Payroll PCRs and Schemas.
• Expertise in developing custom payroll functions.
• Strong skills in Time Evaluation, including Time PCRs and Schemas.
• Excellent understanding of SAP HCM processes and integration points.
• Proven experience in Saudi localization, including compliance with local payroll regulations and practices.
• Strong analytical, architectural, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• SAP certification in Payroll and/or Time Management is highly desirable.
