Job Responsibilities:
- Review project plans and specifications.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.
- Obtain accurate pricing from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, and clients.
- Prepare and present bids and proposals.
- Monitor project costs and update budgets.
- Assist in preparing project schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of estimates and cost analyses.
