Job Description One of the major beauty players is seeking a Key Account Manager to join them as they expand their brand portfolio. Key Responsibilities

  1. Build and manage relationships with key retailer accounts to ensure sales achievement and growth.
  2. Oversee retail operations to implement effective campaigns, displays, and budget alignment.
  3. Work closely with the marketing team to develop go-to-market plans and brand initiatives to drive sales.
  4. Conduct market visits and analysis of competitor trends to identify opportunities to improve brand positioning and sales.
  5. Maintain relationships with assigned accounts to align & manage P&L responsibilities, retail strategies, and inventory checks.
Skills & Experience Required
  1. Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business or similar.
  2. Minimum 4 - 5 years of key account management experience within the beauty, personal care, or relevant industry. (Experience managing retail pharmacy channel will be advantageous).
  3. Passion for beauty with a drive for sales.
  4. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
