MCS Group is currently working alongside an established Housing Organisation to recruit a Business Development Officer for their Belfast based office, with further travel throughout Northern Ireland. The successful candidate will act as an ambassador and customer liaison officer for the organisation within an allocated geographical patch. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive customer support and stakeholder engagement in accordance with organisational objectives, value for money and the principles of best practice. Core Responsibilities:

1. Engaging with stakeholders to develop the reputation and reach of the organisation's brand
2. Build and maintain relationships with key statutory and government agencies
3. Pro-actively engage with a range of private sector stakeholders including estate agents, developers and independent financial advisors
4. Support stakeholder events and corporate functions within your allocated area
5. Attend show home events
6. Plan and deliver a series of training and presentation sessions to key stakeholder groups in order to educate and increase awareness of the brand
7. Delivering an effective customer support service

1. Degree Qualified and minimum of one year's experience working in the property market in either a commercial business or housing association or a minimum of 3 years' experience without a qualification
2. Strong presentation and negotiation skills
3. Full clean Driving Licence
