Key Responsibilities: Draft and advise on legal agreementsAdvising of legal and regulatory mattersEnsures that the company complies with the financial and legal requirements and maintain high standards of corporate governance.Manage customer and procurement contractsDraft and manage policies , ensure these are as per company law and are up to date.Ensure that all policies are issued to relevant parties and that the polices are implemented and adhered to.Identifying risk and raising concerns to necessary stakeholdersOverseeing legal company entity managementMaintaining corporate governanceAdvising employees/agents/ suppliers of any changes to company policies.Scan , file all legal documents as and when issued or receivedMaintain general administration Suitable Candidate Specifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skillsComputer skillsTime management skillsProblem solving skillsThe ability to maintain confidentialityThe ability to work as part of a teamBe self-disciplined & pro-activeMust be methodical and have Attention to Detail Skills Set Require: Microsoft word advancedExcel intermediate skillsCompetencies Ability to work under pressure Mandatory Minimum Required Completed degree/ diploma in legal or commercial law and or company secretarial diplomaMinimum in 1 year working experience in commercial lawCommercial law experience would be an advantage
