The successful candidate will implement business development strategies that focuses on financial gain and onboarding new customers. Responsible for all duties that drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and establishing strong relationships with customers. Job Description Ecowize is looking for a New Business Development Consultant. The successful candidate will implement business development strategies that focuses on financial gain and onboarding new customers. Responsible for all duties that drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and establishing strong relationships with customers. Chemical & Technical New Business Development Consultant purpose: Implementing business development strategies that focuses on financial gain and onboarding new customers. Responsible for all duties that drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and establishing strong relationships with customers. High Level Objectives: Identify new markets and customer needs, to ensure value added service. Promote the company's products. Manage sales targets effectively. Achieving daily and weekly call ratios to ensure targets are met. Ensure business development. Summary of responsibilities: Focus on new business development in Food industry sectors. Meet agreed sales targets by develop and implement a growth strategy that focuses on specific market segments. Develop your own customer database by creating and expanding a customer pipeline, weekly and monthly target to be met. Complete client site surveys and to supply solutions to the clients. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems. Negotiating sales and clinching business deals. Initiate Invoicing & Payment. Conduct handing over of new contracts to operations. Focus on value of offering - follow up with after sales service. Improve and maintain standard of service. Implement customer product training when required. Present reports - sales trends, customer growth, customer issues. Able to adapt to specific market. Job Requirements Job Requirements: Grade 12 3-5 years' experience in selling products to the food and beverage industry. Exposure in bio security and hospitality applications including open plant, CIP bio security products to poultry, swine or dairy farmers Willing and able to assist client during a night-shift audit, if and when needed.  Must be able to training internal and external clients at all levels Proven track record in establishing and growing hygiene markets Excellent selling, communication, and strong negotiation skills. Organized and structured - able to work independently Practical knowledge of the environment where products are used High level of accuracy and attention to detail Highly computer literate: Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint Ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines High work standards, excellent communication skills, energetic and driven. Must have a valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle.  The following skills are essential to be successful in this role: • Exceptional communicator both verbally and written. • Logical thinker as well as strategic and organized. • Exceptional interpersonal skills and must have the ability to build client relationships. • Ability to solve problems efficiently and to be pro-active in identifying potential problems. • Must be comfortable with the Ecowize culture and values, Respect, Honesty and Integrity, Teamwork, Accountability, Open Communication ,and Service Excellence.
