Job Title: Head Human Resource Job Description: As the Head Human Resource, you will provide strategic direction to the organization from an HR perspective, focusing on employee engagement, employer branding, performance management, and supporting organizational growth. Your leadership will be instrumental in scaling the organization and managing attrition. Key Responsibilities: 1) Strategy :- Strategy domain should reflect both strategic and operational responsibilities. This role typically involves shaping the HR strategy to align with business goals, optimizing talent management practices, and ensuring that HR initiatives drive overall business success. 2) Organizational Design & Talent Management: Shape the future structure of the organization by managing talent, designing variable-centered compensation models, integrating HR process automation, and coaching and empowering the leadership team. 3) Employee Experience: Influence every aspect of an employee's journey, from onboarding to performance management, engagement, and retention. You will play a critical role in shaping a positive and cohesive employee experience. 4) Culture Building: Amplify and embed organizational culture as a core value proposition for talent management and retention. 5) Onboarding Excellence: Create memorable onboarding experiences that empower new team members to thrive from day one. 6) Performance Management: Integrate best practices to enhance the performance management system and ensure it aligns with organizational goals. 7) Employee Satisfaction: Conduct Employee Satisfaction Surveys, analyze results, and work with managers and leaders on actionable plans to improve the workplace environment. 8) HR Insights & Communication: Disseminate HR insights, manage internal communications, and plan engagement activities to boost team and individual performance. 9) Training & Development: Develop and implement world-class training and development programs for all staff levels. 10) Policy Development: Collaborate with leadership to develop people-friendly policies and procedures that support organizational scalability. 11) Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with the Board, senior leaders, and partner with the CEO to effectively deliver HR programs aligned with business needs. 12) Succession Planning: Lead succession planning efforts, ensuring the development of the next generation of leaders, managers, and individual contributors. Requirements: 1) MBA/PGDM with proven experience in startup environments. 2) 10-19 years of experience building and leading world-class teams. 3) Strong communication skills, high emotional intelligence (EQ), and strong interpersonal skills. 4) Ability to thrive in ambiguity and rapid change, with a structured and analytical approach to problem-solving.
