Company DescriptionDar As Salama Medical Hospital, located in Al Khobar, is dedicated to providing comprehensive medical services to the community. Our hospital offers 24/7 emergency care, surgical services, diagnostics, and treatment for a broad spectrum of medical conditions. We prioritize the well-being of our patients and strive to deliver high-quality healthcare services.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Infection Control Supervisor at Dar As Salama Medical Hospital. The Infection Control Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing infection control activities and protocols within the hospital. This includes monitoring and evaluating infection prevention practices, developing and implementing strategies to prevent the spread of infectious diseases, conducting audits and assessments, providing education and training to staff, and collaborating with other departments to ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and healthcare workers.QualificationsSupervisory SkillsAnalytical SkillsEffective Communication SkillsKnowledge of CBAHI Standards Training and Education ExperienceAdditional qualifications and skills that would be beneficial for this role include:Experience in healthcare infection controlKnowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines (CBAHI)Attention to detail and strong organizational skillsWork Experience in Saudi Arabia in the same field for at least 1 yearBachelor's degree
