Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a deep understanding of the electrical fittings market, and a proven track record of driving business growth. This role involves developing new business relationships, managing existing client accounts, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  3. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
  4. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  5. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  6. Provide clients with detailed product information and technical support as needed.
  7. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
Qualifications:
  1. Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the electrical fittings or related industry.
  2. Strong understanding of electrical fittings and market dynamics.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Tally Software.
  7. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
