Finishing Manager / Site Supervisor

Job Purpose:This position's main purpose is to oversee the day-to-day site operations and complete construction projects by planning, organizing, and controlling projects; completing quality inspections; supervising sub-contractors and staff.Key Result Areas:Accomplish construction human resource objectives by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees.Communicate job expectations to construction team; plan, monitor and appraise their job contributions and recommend compensation actions to the Project Supervisor.Manage sub-contractors by locating, evaluating, and selecting sub-contractors.Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of systems and equipment; monitor fire alarm control panels and other emergency equipment.Meet operational standards by contributing construction information to strategic plans and reviews; implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems and identifying construction management system process improvements where necessary.Meet construction budget by monitoring project expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions; providing non-project annual operating and capital budget information.Achieve home construction project results by defining project purpose and scope; calculating resources required; establishing standards and protocols; allocating resources; scheduling and coordinating staff and sub-contractors; evaluating milestone assumptions and conclusions; resolving design problems; evaluating and implementing change orders.Approve construction projects by conducting inspections at critical phases; obtaining approvals from buyers.Prevent fines and interruptions by complying with, and enforcing, codes.Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.Update job knowledge by tracking and understanding emerging construction practices and standards; participating in educational opportunities; maintaining personal networks and participating in professional organizations.Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.Job Type:Full-timePay:Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month#J-18808-Ljbffr
