Education:- CA Inter with completed articles from a reputable CA firmKey Responsibilities:Handling FBR notices and effectively responding to themFiling and arguing appeals before:Commissioner AppealsTribunalsFederal Tax Ombudsman (FTO)Preparing and filing monthly returns:Sales TaxPRA (Provincial Revenue Authority)SRB (Sindh Revenue Board)KPK (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority)BRB (Balochistan Revenue Authority)Appearing and arguing appeals before adjudicating authoritiesFiling refundable claims of sales tax under sales tax acts and rulesCompetently handling withholding notices under Income Tax Ordinance 2001Dealing with Commissioner and fighting tax cases, including:Representing clients in tax disputesArguing cases before tax authoritiesNegotiating settlements and resolving tax disputesProviding strategic guidance on tax mattersEnsuring compliance with tax laws and regulationsAdditional Skills:Strong knowledge of tax laws, rules, and regulationsExcellent communication and advocacy skillsAbility to analyze complex tax issues and develop effective solutionsExperience in tax planning, advisory, and litigationStrong negotiation and problem-solving skillsJob Types:Full-time, Contract
