The Director of Student Affairs will be responsible for overseeing student services, fostering a positive campus culture, and ensuring that students receive the support they need to succeed academically, socially, and personally. This role involves close collaboration with academic and administrative staff to create an inclusive and vibrant campus environment.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement programs and services that enhance student engagement, retention, and success.Oversee student support services, including counseling, career services, student activities, and residential life.Lead efforts to promote student well-being, mental health, and a positive campus culture.Manage disciplinary processes and ensure compliance with institutional policies and procedures.Act as a liaison between students and the administration, addressing student concerns and fostering open communication.Develop and manage the Student Affairs budget, ensuring effective use of resources.Organize and oversee events such as orientation, graduation, and other student-centered activities.Collaborate with other departments to support student academic success and holistic development.Monitor and assess the effectiveness of Student Affairs programs, using data to drive continuous improvement.Stay informed about best practices and emerging trends in student affairs and higher education.Qualifications:Master's degree in Higher Education Administration, Student Affairs, Counseling, or a related field (Doctorate preferred).Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in student affairs, including leadership or management roles.Strong understanding of student development theory, higher education policies, and campus life dynamics.Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to work with diverse student populations and promote an inclusive environment.Experience in crisis management, conflict resolution, and student conduct processes.Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively advocate for student needs.Why Join Us?Lead a dedicated team committed to student success and well-being.Opportunity to shape the student experience and make a lasting impact.Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.A collaborative and inclusive work environment that values innovation and student-centered approaches.Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per monthExperience:Vice principal: 3 years (Required)#J-18808-Ljbffr
