For more information about Intellect, visit About the role: Need a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales & Sales Support Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in driving sales growth and supporting our sales team by engaging potential clients and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess a hunter mentality, demonstrating aggression and determination in generating leads and closing deals, while also being capable of engaging clients in meaningful and informed discussions about our products. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Proactively identify and target potential clients within the wealth management industry. Use various channels to generate and qualify leads. Sales Engagement: Initiate and maintain effective communication with prospects through calls, emails, and virtual meetings. Present our software solutions clearly and persuasively. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with potential clients. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Sales Support: Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts. Ensure all sales documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on our wealth management software solutions, industry trends, and competitor offerings. Use this knowledge to effectively communicate the value of our products. Follow-up: Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and existing clients to move them through the sales funnel and ensure a smooth sales process. Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, lead conversion rates, and other key metrics in Eagable and other tools. Provide insights and recommendations for improvement. Qualifications: Experience: 10 years of experience in inside sales, sales support, or a similar role, preferably within the wealth management or financial software industry. Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to generate leads, engage clients, and close deals. Strong hunter mentality with a proactive and aggressive approach to sales. Customer Engagement: Ability to engage clients in meaningful dialogues about wealth management software solutions. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset. Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM systems, sales tools, and virtual communication platforms. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
