PGDM is approved by AICTE, accredited by NBA and AMBA, UK and consistently rates among India’s top 10 management programmes. Description: Manager / Senior Associate will be responsible for program accreditations, and rankings; up-dation of all strategic program documentation, organizing industry advisory meetings, curriculum reviews, organizing strategic alumni and industry outreach. The person will be responsible for strategic program management. The person will also collate and manage Faculty Feedback process. Responsibilities: The person has to work with PGDM Operations Team and maintain strategic documentation for AOL process management, accreditations and ranking documentation. This position is in the PGDM academic team, and requires high degree of coordination with faculty, academic staff, and other departments in the institute. The incumbent needs to have strong interpersonal skills, and high degree of ownership for managing the academic activities. Written Communication Skills are critical for this role. 1) Academics: a) Documentation for accreditations and ranking:

  • Coordination with Accreditations office, PLT, Operations Team and DCs to maintain program documentation. This involves writing and maintaining strategic paperwork.
  • Responsible for managing the AOL process for PGDM/ PGDMBM programs in coordination with various stakeholders.
  • Collate and maintain all program documentation.
b) Collating faculty feedback and share with stakeholders. Managing the end-to-end process. c) Collecting year-end feedbacks from students and collating for curriculum mapping d) Organize and plan Curriculum Review meetings on a regular basis e) Benchmarking with other management programs and curriculum mapping. b) Outreach:
  • Build and nurture relationship with Alumni along with Alumni office.
  • Conducting activities and engagement activities for PGDM alumni
  • Responsible for organizing Industry Advisory Meeting once in 18 months, and plan the entire journey along with other members of PGDM office, Career Services and Alumni office and PLT.
  • Any other developmental role and need of the program
Education: Graduation in any discipline, Post-Graduates will be given a preference. Experience: Minimum 6-7 years of administration experience preferably in academics. Understanding of accreditation and AOL process is a plus.
