With a collective strength of 10 brands, we have more than 200 million monthly users that trust in our dedication to providing them with the best platform for their needs.As a Director of Marketing & Communications, you will be a functional expert with proven experience in producing success in the field of marketing, media planning/buying, on-ground activations, event management, and creative content production. You will thrive in an ambiguous environment with high ownership to oversee marketing tasks with an end-to-end approach, as well as collaborate across different departments.In this role, you will:MarketingCraft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications, and Creative.Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the Marketing department.Set, monitor, and report on team goals.Design branding, positioning, and pricing strategies.Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages, and promotional material).Analyse consumer behaviour and determine customer personas.Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.Craft quarterly and annual hiring plans.Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes, and new products and features).Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives.Responsible for new initiatives to grow the company.Supervises all content published and used for sales pitches and user value management.External PartnershipsBuild and Maintain External Partnerships.Identify and establish strategic partnerships with external stakeholders such as media outlets, industry influencers, and relevant organisations.Collaborate with partners on joint initiatives, events, and campaigns to amplify messaging and reach.Business EfficiencyStrategic Plan for Improving Business Efficiency.Gap Analysis & Efficiency Optimisation Framework.Create sustainable Synergies across various Business Functions.Compilation of Initiatives & Business Plan.Create workflow templates to streamline processes.Coordinate efficiency projects & activities to ensure continuous adoption of best practices.Perform analytics to gauge impact & prioritise initiatives.Identification of new business areas.Data analysis and ReportingIdentify and make recommendations on sales strategies such as tactical campaigns, pricing, products, and delivery based on sales and client trends.Provide support to the CEO around sales forecasting and budgets.Analyse monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual financial performance and prepare reports for each client portfolio team and Sales Manager showing actual versus target (budget) performance.Company-wide Stakeholder ManagementMaintain excellent relationships and communication with cross-functional stakeholders to inform and enable improvements in the quality of business delivery.Craft a comprehensive communication strategy aligned with organisational goals and brand identity.Build a network of internal sponsors and supporters to help influence decision-making.Undertake thought leadership; identify, manage, and coach Sales Directors and Sales Managers on how best to realise the benefits of the sales force.Audit, Policy & ComplianceSupport all teams (Sales, HR, Operations, Marketing, etc) to ensure cross-functional teams are compliant with agreed standards and that areas identified for improvement are quickly and fully implemented.Actively champion and monitor staff compliance with the agreed corporate policies and practices relevant to their area of functional expertise. Investigate reasons for non-compliance.Gap analysis of current SOPs on an ongoing basis with drafting and roll-out of relevant policies, ensuring risk identification and mitigation is captured in the policy draft.Perform a comprehensive audit of the entire sales process and identify loose ends.Minimum RequirementsBS(Hons) degree required.15+ years of experience in Marketing/Strategy development/Sales effectiveness/Commercial planning.Solid knowledge of web analytics and Google Adwords.Experience in implementing marketing automation and CRM systems.Proficiency in marketing and sales analytics tools.Understanding of continuous improvement techniques to drive change.Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritise goals.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.BenefitsHigh-performing and fast-paced work environment.Comprehensive Health Insurance.Rewards & Recognition.Learning & Development.Bayut is an equal-opportunity employer.
