Job Description:Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Risk Manager to join our team! In this role, you will have senior responsibility for Parsons's risk management for SAPL Qiddiya Infrastructure Partner (QIP). You will be responsible and accountable for ensuring that all risk management work under the Mobility sector is in full coordination with Qiddiya Investment Company (QIC) processes and procedures. This position involves dual reporting, directly to the Program Risk Lead and the Mobility Sector Director.This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of one of the most transformative projects in Saudi Arabia's history. A visionary giga-project that aims to create a world-class entertainment, sports, and cultural destination, offering unparalleled experiences to visitors from around the globe.What You'll Be Doing:Implementing the program risk management plans to all projects under the sector.Implementing standard operating procedures for risk management and ensuring that QIP delivers operational consistency across the sector's projects.Providing outreach oversight and coaching and guidance to the risk management program activities concerning day-to-day performance of the work scope.Leading partnerships with key stakeholders and organizations impacted by the projects.Overseeing risk management across the sector.Managing risk for external and third-party approvals under the sector.Reporting risks and issues to the Senior Controls & Sector Director and Risk Lead and developing appropriate recommendations/resolutions/mitigations as necessary.Maintaining clear and concise work standards and goals; providing training and development to project team members if required.Ensuring adherence to all corporate, contractual, ethics, and safety standards, policies, and procedures.Performing other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.What Required Skills You'll Bring:3-year degree in a technical or related field.Risk Management certification.At least 10 years of related experience in risk management.Experience with the implementation of Risk Management Plans aligned with International Standard ISO 31000:2018.Demonstrated leadership and management skills.Strong written and oral communication, organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills are required, both internal and external facing.Ability to work in teams.Ability to clearly deliver work instructions in a complex risk environment.Must function effectively under time constraints, schedule workload to meet deadlines, and have the ability to prioritize.High-level understanding and appreciation of risk management in complex risk environments and within the major program sector, preferably within the KSA.Minimum Clearance Required to Start:Not Applicable/NoneParsons is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
