We truly believe we can make a significant impact on climate change.Your roleAs a Chief of Staff at Dexter Energy, you will play a pivotal role in our strategy. Your mission is to enable the CEO (Luuk Veeken) and executive team by helping develop & refine Dexter's strategy. You will drive key strategic initiatives and communicate those back to the team in an elegant way ensuring clarity & focus. In other words you will have a crucial role in our AI-based forecast & trade optimization solution.What you'll doCollaborate with the CEO and executive team to define and implement strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals.Act as a liaison between the CEO, executives, and stakeholders, preparing reports and presentations for various audiences.Provide analytical support and insights for executive decision-making, including board meetings and investor presentations.Lead and manage strategic projects, ensuring effective coordination and tracking of progress.What We OfferA culture that fosters trust, flexibility, and creativity, allowing you to shape your role and bring your ideas to life.Our salary is in the top 30% of the marketPersonal Learning & Development budget, along with dedicated Learning & Development Days.Every Monday and Thursday, a chef prepares a pretty nice (warm) lunch at the officeA well located office (close to Overamstel Metro)We offer a NS Business card or a SwapfietsWhat You Bring:5+ years of experience in a Chief of Staff role or a management/strategic consulting role.Proven experience in strategic planning , execution & project managementSolid understanding of our business operations, with experience in the renewable energy market and/ or tradingHigh proficiency in analyzing complex data to provide strategic insightsExcellent communication skills, including written and visual, making complex matters easy to understand.Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentIf you're ready to power up your career and take on a role that's both challenging and rewarding, we want to hear from you.
