Part-time hours 33.5hrs a week Shift pattern - Mon 8-6pm, Weds 10-8pm, Thurs 7.45-4pm, Fri 7.45- 3pm Leading a team of nurses and ensuring they have the tools to deliver the best levels of patient care and in a safe & compliant environment. About you We welcome your application to our Lead Dental Nurse vacancy if you have the following skills and qualifications Valid certification or diploma in Dental Nursing Registration with the General Dental Council (GDC) Previous experience in a similar lead nurse role A positive attitude, empathy, and the ability to communicate well with patients and colleagues Passionate about building great relationships with patients and colleagues, and providing exceptional standards of care. Experience of lead a team, including knowledge of HR processes and compliance Able to support the day to day running of a high-profile practice, including admin tasks, practice costs, invoicing and team schedules What do you get in return?
