As part of the team, you'll be responsible for supporting our German customers with their network infrastructure. Your role will involve a balanced mix of 1st, 2nd, and potentially 3rd line support, depending on your experience level. Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network infrastructure issues reported by German customers.
2. Collaborate with customers to understand their network requirements and provide effective solutions.
3. Deploy, configure, and maintain IP networks and solutions tailored to the needs of the maritime industry.
4. Conduct regular maintenance and performance monitoring of network systems to ensure optimal functionality.
5. Assist in the development and testing of new network equipment and solutions in collaboration with the R&D department.
6. Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for internal reference and customer support.

Skills/Must have:

1. Networking understanding at CCNA Level
2. Proficiency in Linux/Infrastructure management
3. Fluency in English and a working understanding of German; proficiency in German preferred
4. Willingness to work in shifts

Nice to Haves:

1. Background in VSAT or Telecoms
2. Familiarity with Red Hat Linux
3. Prior experience in customer support
