Role Overview: We are seeking a seasoned and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) on Equity and Profit sharing model to join our company as a co-founder. As the CTO, you will lead our technology strategy and drive the development of cutting-edge Enterprise applications, E-commerce solutions, and Digital Platforms. You will be responsible for spearheading our product development teams, ensuring that our solutions are innovative, secure, optimized for performance, and scalable to compete on a global level. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of our company and making a significant impact in the industry. Key Responsibilities:

• Technology Leadership: Define and implement the company’s technology strategy in alignment with business goals.
• Product Development: Lead and manage the product development teams in creating world-class solutions using AI and ML for SMBs.
• Innovation & R&D: Drive innovation by exploring new technologies, tools, and methodologies. Oversee R&D initiatives to stay ahead of industry trends and integrate cutting-edge technologies into our solutions.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure that all products and platforms are secure and meet regulatory compliance requirements.
• Optimization: Optimize the performance of our solutions, ensuring they are efficient, fast, and user-friendly.
• Team Building & Mentorship: Build and mentor a high-performing technical team. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with other co-founders, the executive team, and external stakeholders to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
• Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their needs and ensure our solutions meet their requirements. Represent the company in technical discussions with clients and partners.
• Global Competitiveness: Ensure that our products are competitive at the global level by adhering to international standards and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, including experience as a CTO or similar. Proven track record in building and scaling tech teams and products in a startup or SMB environment.
• Technical Expertise: Deep expertise in software development, architecture, and engineering. Strong understanding of AI, ML, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in developing Business applications, E-commerce solutions, or Digital Platforms. Understanding of SMB needs and the ability to design solutions that address their challenges.
• Leadership: Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Ability to inspire and lead a diverse technical team to achieve ambitious goals.
• Innovation & Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement. Ability to think strategically and identify opportunities for technological advancement.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Proficiency in client-facing communication.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced technical certifications or an MBA is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: A passion for technology and innovation with a strong entrepreneurial spirit. Willingness to take risks and embrace challenges as a co-founder.
• Global Perspective: Experience in building solutions for a global market. Knowledge of international standards and best practices in technology and software development.
