You will assist in the delivery of customized cybersecurity solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to revenue growth.Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management:Assist Account Managers in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.Understand client needs and work with internal teams to deliver appropriate solutions.Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and proactive follow-up.- Account Planning and Support:Assist in the development and execution of account plans.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and solutions.Collaborate with Account Managers to identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in account management or sales support.Knowledge of cybersecurity solutions and services is a plus.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
