Job Responsibilities

  1. Work closely with BDM-Reporting & Governance to develop Strategic Reports like Business Plan, Management Reports and KPI Reports.
  2. Possess and demonstrate thorough industry knowledge related to Dredging & Civil Marine Sector. Energy-related knowledge will be desirable.
  3. Maintain a healthy projects pipeline by reviewing market opportunities in coordination with International Office BD team (D&M and Energy) and updating the Present View Data sheet for Management Reporting.
  4. Develop and maintain customized reports and dashboards, analyze data to identify trends and insights.
  5. Prepare and maintain Bid/No Bid Analysis Data sheet and other relevant information for Departmental KPIs Management.
  6. Collaborate with various departments to understand their reporting needs and ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports, taking charge to clean-up & rectify data points as needed.
  7. Create and manage data visualizations via Financial modeling to present complex information clearly for reporting purposes.
  8. Responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and improving the current NMDC’s business development process through market research, analysis, and interpreting data, making recommendations based on the findings.
  9. Lead the development and maintenance of data models, databases, and reports for reporting purposes.
  10. Prepare periodic reports, presentations, and charts to effectively communicate findings to management, incorporating the market intelligence provided by BDMs.
  11. Assist with required research and development of Macro-economic forecasts, industry analysis, competitor analysis, market assessment, fleet plan, etc., for D&M & Energy Business Units.
  12. Document reporting processes and methodologies and assist in the development of data management policies and procedures for governance purposes.
  13. Showcase excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and governance requirements.
  14. Lead and manage account planning for NMDC Group clients, partners, suppliers, subcontractors, etc.
  15. Support in the preparation of NDAs, MoUs, service agreements, and other framework agreements at the group level.
  16. Prepare and submit prequalification for potential prospects in coordination with other departments as necessary. Work on enhancing the prequalification process by setting up a system for coordinating with relevant stakeholder departments within the group.
  17. Prepare in-depth corporate due diligence reports to identify key partnerships, engagements, agents, etc., supporting NMDC’s growth plans.
  18. Coordinate with Administration Analyst for documentation control, account management, and streamlined communications management.
  19. Work on project pipelines and tenders based on market research, coordinating with commercial teams of D&M and BU to review project information.
  20. Process tendering communications for opportunities received and convert them into CRM opportunities for review and approval.
  21. Coordinate with Internal Audit Department for cyclical audit meetings and other coordination meetings as required.
