Job Description and Responsibilities:Inbound Customer Support:Handle incoming calls from customers professionally and courteously.Assist customers with product or service-related inquiries, concerns, and issues.Provide accurate information and solutions to resolve customer problems.Problem Resolution:Identify and analyze customer issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.Collaborate with relevant departments to address complex problems and escalate issues when necessary.Communication:Communicate with empathy, patience, and clarity to build positive customer relationships.Keep customers informed about the status of their inquiries and resolutions.Documentation:Accurately document customer interactions and details in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.Maintain organized records of customer communications for future reference.Product/Service Knowledge:Develop a comprehensive understanding of (Company Name)'s products and services to better assist customers.Stay informed about updates, changes, and promotions to provide relevant information to customers.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience in customer service or a call center is advantageous.Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Proficient computer skills
