About the RoleAs the Head of HR at Amaala's Clinique La Prairie Health Resort, you will play a pivotal role in our leadership team. Your primary responsibility will be to translate Clinique La Prairie's strategic vision, longevity philosophy (medical and wellness concepts and SOPs), ethos, and sustainability initiatives into actionable programs and activities. You will ensure the implementation of appropriate organizational structures, operational policies, and procedures.We seek a strategic yet hands-on senior HR professional who will partner closely with the local General Manager and Corporate HR to ensure the project is achieved on time and in full.You will be instrumental in the successful launch and ongoing operations of the Health Resort, aligning HR initiatives with the business goals.Key ResponsibilitiesLead by example as an ambassador of Clinique La Prairie's culture, fostering awareness and understanding among team members.Develop and implement activities and programs that embody the company's mission, purpose, and core values.Oversee internal communication initiatives to foster collaboration, idea-sharing, and a culture of mutual respect.Manage the PEC critical path as part of the pre-opening team, coordinating effectively with stakeholders to ensure the timely completion of tasks for a successful resort launch.Collaborate with the Lead Team to develop talent strategies that attract, hire, train, and retain high-performing teams across all departments.Partner with the local GM to ensure project milestones are met, providing strategic HR insights and operational support.Provide support to People Leaders on recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development initiatives, employee well-being, compensation and benefits, and separations of employment, with a comprehensive understanding of local labor laws and practices.About AmaalaAmaala is an ultra-luxury destination located on the Red Sea coast of Saudi Arabia. The resort is part of an ambitious plan to create a premier destination for health and wellness on a global scale.QualificationsEducational Background:Bachelor's degree in human resources, law, business administration or related fields. A Master's degree is highly advantageous.Professional Experience:Demonstrated extensive experience in People Management within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), with significant exposure to a truly international context. Experience in luxury hospitality, wellness, or healthcare sectors is a significant plus.Expert in ensuring compliance with all KSA national labor laws and regulations, particularly concerning the licensure, certification, or registration of qualified professionals.
