Job Description
Responsible for all aspects of the corporate training policies, objectives, and initiatives. Plans & executes the training calendar as per the company strategy, suggesting continuous enhancements to existing training programs. Oversees the relationship with vendors to ensure appropriate training efficiencies and feedback on employees' development plans.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement contemporary recruitment methods to attract top-quality candidates appropriate to the position and company needs.
Create effective recruitment requisites including interview calls, candidate HOD coordination, JDs, competency mapping, selection processes, and staffing procedures to improve efficiency and develop uniformity across the organization.
Prepare offer letters and employment contracts coordinating with authorized signatories.
Design orientation/induction programs for new entrants at all levels.
Coordinate staff induction modules. Plan/conduct new employee orientation to foster a positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
Ensure application of local labor terms & conditions is equitable and legally compliant (e.g., labor laws, etc.).
Ensure 100% compliance with UAE Labor Law and its ministerial orders for all staff.
Conduct periodic checks, liaise between the company's needs and the PRO for all applications, renewals, cancellations, medicals, and their related requirements.
Maintain, update, and ensure an efficient employee database for compiling relevant reports.
Ensure accurate monthly attendance reports for all employees for salary purposes.
Maintain accurate, 100% complete, and resourceful records, files, and soft copies of a comprehensive database on recruitments, employee records, and other necessary documents.
Key Experiences:
Graduate
At least 3 years of experience in the same field
