Senior HR ManagerBAC Middle East - Dubai, UAEPosted In 17/12/2013On behalf of our client, an International Logistics Company, we are looking to recruit a senior-level HR Manager. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will act as a bridge between strategy and implementation of HR activities and Group Management. You will be responsible for recruitment, employment lifecycle, and internal development programs. You are expected to represent the group HR at a senior level both within and outside the organisation.Job RequirementsExperience: Min: 15 YearsCareer Level: SeniorJob Type: Full TimeVacancies: 2 Open PositionsSalary: NegotiableGender: AnyDegree Level: Bachelor's degreeMajor: Human ResourcesLanguages: English - Fluent / ExcellentThe successful candidate should be a senior level professional with 15+ years of experience in Human Resources and experience working in a Logistics Company. You must have working knowledge from Logistics and possess a good track record from both strategic and operational levels in HR from international companies. You must have excellent communication and documentation skills and you are fluent in English, both written and spoken. You are ready to travel when requested (on a monthly basis).
