Job Summary: We are seeking a focused and sincere Administrative Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate should have strong data entry skills, excellent verbal and written English, and a basic understanding of recruitment tasks. This position offers a hybrid work environment, combining remote work with in-office duties. Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry: Accurately input and manage data in various systems and spreadsheets.
  • Candidate Screening: Call and assess candidates based on set criteria to help identify suitable hires.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist in recruitment tasks, such as scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and maintaining records.
  • Administrative Support: Perform general administrative duties, including handling emails, managing documents, and assisting with daily office tasks.
  • Microsoft Office: Utilize Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office tools to create and manage documents and reports.
  • Multitasking: Manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritizing work based on deadlines and importance.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in data entry and administrative support.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and focus on delivering high-quality work.
Preferred:
  • Prior experience in a similar role.
  • Flexible availability for part-time work.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with some tasks completed remotely and others in-office.
