International Business Head (Chemicals Trading)( Sr. Manager/ Manager – Export business) Department: Specialty Chemicals Reporting To: President - Sales and Marketing Industry: Chemicals Qualification: Any Graduate/ PGDBM/MBA Experience: 15-18 years Location: Mumbai NOTE: The applicant MUST HAVE experience in exports of Organic & Inorganic Chemicals, Additives for food, personal care, chemicals & oils TO Europe, Latin America, North America & Asia. Role & Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for the entire export process management.
  2. Develop and implement export strategies for assigned product groups and region.
  3. Establish and manage relationships with international partners, including distributors, agents and vendors.
  4. Responsible for planning and organizing shipments. Also, will be involved in sales duties such as market analysis and finding new export opportunities.
  5. Develop and maintain export databases, records and reports.
  6. Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback.
  7. Monitor international regulations and compliance requirements.
  8. Address customer inquiries and complaints & manage timely resolution.
  9. Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize export operations.
  10. Coordinate with suppliers for sourcing requirements.
  11. Job requires need based business travel within India as well as overseas.
