This opportunity will help launch or develop a career in hospitality, events, and facilities management.Our client is seeking a Business Unit HR Specialist for their Corporate Office department. The role's purpose is to ensure HR programs and services are delivered professionally and effectively to the HR client base. It primarily delivers the organization's HR People Agenda on the front line, as well as consulting and advising line management on a broad range of HR policy and people issues in order to foster and maintain positive employee relations and engagement levels within the workforce.The candidate should be able to guide and support the assigned business units for the execution of key HR policies and processes - including, but not limited to the following: Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Learning and Development, National Development, and Organization Structure. Business Management degrees must include 1 or more modules related to Human Resource Management and/or Managing operations and a minimum of 4 years of progressive HR Management experience. This role is generalist in nature, and candidates must be able to demonstrate knowledge, understanding, and ability in all facets of HR.
