As the Head of Supply Chain, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing the supply chain, ensuring on-time production, driving cost savings, and achieving strategic procurement goals. This role offers opportunities for international travel to build and maintain global supplier relationships. Key Responsibilities:

• Buying and Sourcing: Develop sourcing strategies that balance cost-effectiveness and creativity. You will work with both large-scale manufacturers and small, ethical producers to meet the company’s diverse needs.
• Supplier Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers worldwide, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Production Management: Oversee the entire production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timeliness, while managing a dedicated team.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the procurement team, encouraging innovation and efficiency in sourcing and buying practices.
• Reporting and Analysis: Manage supplier budgets, track spending, and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Compliance: Ensure all suppliers meet industry regulations and adhere to ethical and quality standards.
• Sustainability: Drive sustainable sourcing initiatives, including the use of eco-friendly materials and reducing environmental impact.

• 8+ years in procurement or supply chain management, with extensive experience in global sourcing, supplier management, and production.
• Experience in Consumer Goods is a pre requisite for the position

• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills. Proficiency in procurement software and data-driven decision-making is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams effectively.
• Willingness to undertake international travel as required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Resilient, hands-on, and eager to work closely with the team in a fast-paced environment.
