MPHCO is accepting applications from female candidates for the legal specialist vacancy in Saudi Arabia, specifically in the city of Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for legally preparing and reviewing contracts, regulations, and agreements, and assisting in developing legal work and public policies.Preparing, evaluating legal options, and researching data related to cases, past cases, and legislation.Assisting departmental staff in drafting legal opinions, written and other legal memos.Preparing legal documents such as contracts.Conducting legal research, reviewing legal documents, and addressing important issues.Reviewing facility contracts, identifying risks, and monitoring the implementation of legal provisions.Carrying out any tasks assigned by the direct manager that are related to the nature of her work.Creating and submitting periodic reports and handing them over to management.Bachelor's degree in law.Technical and behavioral competencies and job-related skills.Experience with laws and regulations.English language proficiency.
