Senior Associate, UI/UX

This position is responsible for the development and implementation of best practices aimed at creating and improving user experiences and system interfaces across both internal and external digital channels. This role focuses on ensuring that ITFC's digital platforms embody industry-leading design principles, fostering a user-centric approach, and enhancing its digital presence.SECTION II: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Creating style guides, design systems, design patterns, and attractive user interfaces.Designing UI elements such as input controls, navigational components, and informational components.Creating original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, and tables).Developing UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g., responsiveness).Planning and implementing new designs.Creating prototypes for new product ideas.Conducting ongoing user research to gather feedback about the user experience.Designing user interface elements, mainly menus, widgets, tabs, etc.Staying updated with information on the latest UI trends and design skills.SECTION IV: KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.Mastery of design and prototyping software such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, InVision, or other relevant tools.Intermediate level of HTML.Intermediate level of .Net, CSS, and Java.Knowledge of mobile programming languages is an advantage.
