A Lead UX Researcher is needed to join a global leading software company renowned for its innovation and cutting-edge products! If you are passionate about understanding users and turning research into impactful design decisions, this role is for you. Salary: Up to £75k Based: Bristol (Hybrid 2/3 days in office) Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Development: Manage and mentor a team of UX researchers, guiding them through research projects from start to finish.
- Research Strategy: Develop and implement research strategies that align with product goals, using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to prioritize research initiatives and advocate for a user-centered approach.
- Data-Driven Insights: Translate research data into actionable insights that drive product decisions and improve user experiences.
- Product Strategy: You leverage research methods to guide your team, translating product roadmaps into actionable strategies that support business goals.
- Experience: 7+ years in UX research, particularly in B2B or B2C enterprise settings. Proficiency with tools like Qualtrics, UserZoom, UserTesting, and Figma is essential.
- Skills: Strong expertise in user behaviour analysis, workshop facilitation, and product strategy. Experience with continuous research frameworks is a plus.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Prior experience working in a SaaS company is a bonus!
