Pharmacovigilance (PV) Project Manager

Job Title : Pharmacovigilance (PV) Project Manager Department : Clinical Operations Job Function : Pharmacovigilance Location: Burton-On-Trent or Paddington, London. *We're only able to consider applications in the UK. Purpose of the Role : The role focuses on leading PV projects, ensuring timely delivery of contracted services, and overseeing the successful implementation of client projects. The aim is to maintain compliance with both contractual and regulatory obligations. Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the main point of contact for PV project-related issues, interacting with both clients and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new and existing client services.
• Manage project risks and provide strategic guidance on resource planning, budgeting, and process improvements.
• Develop project scopes and objectives, ensuring deliverables meet client expectations.
• Oversee the training and quality assurance of project teams, ensuring alignment with client-specific requirements.
• Lead audit readiness activities and monitor compliance, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Contribute to operational strategy and resource planning for PV services.
• Contribute to the company’s financial performance through effective project delivery.
• Supervise a small direct team with additional indirect reports.

• Educational background in Pharmacy, Nursing, Life Sciences, or related disciplines.
• Leadership qualities with experience in project management and team coordination.
• Proficiency in English and willingness to travel.
• Experience in managing multiple projects and familiarity with relevant regulatory guidelines (GVP, GCP).
• Knowledge of tools like Microsoft Excel, Visio, Project, and Dynamics is an advantage.
