This position is also responsible for It ensures, effective management of project related activities at site to be carried out in a swift manner, coordination with contractor for timely resolution of site conflicts which arises during execution activities and ensure no effect on project progress is observed. The position is also Moreover it requires coordination with all project stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure implementation of project/ contract and technical specifications in its true spirit and essence. Testing and Commissioning) (50%)Site inspections of projects/contracts execution in progress.HSEQ policy Implementation & pursuance.Site stakeholder(s) keeping correspondence with and management of Site stakeholders.Ensure direct site supervision and maintaining daily progress reports.Daily Progress reporting.FAT & SAT of equipment being delivered for the project.Supervision of equipment installation in line with OEM guidelines.Testing and commissioning of installed equipment in coordination with GSM/GSP/etc.Area of Responsibility ContinuedManaging Punch Lists and Close Out (15%)Preparation of punch-list after completion of site execution activities.Handover of project related spares and end documentation to relevant user departments.Preparation of material reconciliation list based on BOQ.Supervision of contractor activities at site during the project warranty period for rectification of faults.Demobilization of contractor and its sub-con and handover of completed works to system owners.Fixed asset tagging and clarification of measureable BOQ items to Business Finance.Provides feedback to planning and development team regarding lessons learnt and areas of improvement.Project Inventory Management (5%)Preparation of debit and credit notes for project material i.e. Scrap/leftover.Coordinate with BF team for any clarification regarding any scrap/leftover material at site.Transport arrangement of project material from project site to company designated yard/store.Preparation of Step Declaration Form (SDFs) and record keeping of SDFs for any further references.KE provides equal employment opportunity (EEO) to all persons regardless of age, color, origin, physical or mental disability, race, religion, creed, gender, marital status, status with regard to public assistance or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.#J-18808-Ljbffr
