Let’s start your journey with an award-winning organization! #UnlimitingYourPotential Top Reasons To Join Us • Awarded as the Most Preferred Graduate Employers (2022& 2023) & Gold Winner for Excellence in Workplace Culture (2021)• Comprehensive medical, dental, optical and insurance benefits • Flexi working hours arrangements • Staff Line & Device Subsidy • Smart Casual Attire • Child Parental Care Leave • Convenient location with access to public transport (Imbi Monorail/Bukit Bintang MRT)• Special employee discounts for selected F&B Brands The Day-To-Day Activities - To support mobile device testing/ verification & certification - To supports delivery of solutions related to VAS/CS/IMS to meet marketing requirements. - To supports project planning, design recommendation and delivery, capacity dimensioning, forecast and planning, performance and issue troubleshooting for VAS/CS/IMS core. - Support VAS/CS/IMS project for engineering planning - Support VAS/CS/IMS projects implementation to new capacity and features - Take remedial action for any short term deviation, alert if planned capacity needs to be accelerated - Know how to generate current profile for forecasting usage, stats - Trouble-shooting of VAS/CS/IMS services & mobile devices related issues - Support operation on the trouble-shooting of VAS/CS/IMS services by providing guidance and references About You - Degree in Electrical & Electronics / Telecommunication Engineering or related field - Preferable with 2 or more year experience in CS/IMS network Planning roles especially in solution/services related to MSC, MGW, HLR/HSS, IMS core - Familiar with CS/IMS Core 3GPP functions , call flows and specifications - Hand-on knowledge on SMSC, MSC, MGW, HLR/HSS, IMS core is an added advantage - Good product knowledge in ZTE and Huawei VAS/CS/IMS core is an added advantage - Mobile device testing or related experiences What’s Next ?
