My client, a well-known huge Holding Group, is actively looking for a Compliance Manager who will be based in their HQ in Sharjah. The successful candidate will directly report to the Group Financial Controller and take ownership and responsibility for identifying compliance issues and leading the implementation of improvements.The Compliance Manager will be in charge of:Providing Compliance testing and AssuranceIdentifying Compliance issues, weaknesses, and key risk indicatorsLiaising with the IT department to overview any system change that could have an influence on the compliance operationsRecommending business efficiency possibilities for the GroupEssential:University degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Auditing or professional degree in Accounting/ Auditing: CPA/ CIA or equivalentMUST HAVE at least 8 years of experience in a similar roleA Big 4 background as well in-house compliance/internal audit is highly desirableMUST BE proficient with ORACLE ERP SystemExcellent analytical skills
