We are looking for a Business Development Manager with a minimum of two years experience in the digital advertising sector. This position will be responsible for identifying, attracting and retaining key advertisers for generating sales in the Affiliate network in a performance model, as well as identifying new business opportunities.ResponsibilitiesPromote all phases of the sales cycle for new clients: prospecting for potential clients, developing a value proposition, negotiating terms and conditions and closing the sale.Loyalty of the portfolio of existing advertisers.Identification of growth opportunities for existing accounts.Advice and support to the advertiser in the different performance models offered.Identification of new business opportunities both on the buying and selling side, as well as new trends and technological innovations.Traffic monitoring with the support team to guarantee a quality traffic flow to the advertiser.Reporting and incident management with the support, finance, and management teams.RequirementsDegree in Business Administration and Management, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Media and entertainment management and / or the like.Perfect knowledge of the different CPA performance models.Passionate and verifiable experience in the digital marketing industry.Advanced knowledge of the Office package.Communication skills, advanced spoken and written English (exclusive).Customer orientation as a key competence.Proactive, organized, analytical and involved person with a clear results orientation and used to working under pressure.Ability to work in a team and skill in interpersonal relationships.What We OfferA fun and empowering work environment where creative thinking and entrepreneurial spirit is rewarded with strong incentives and a fantastic development scheme.
