Contract Recruiter

HR Recruiter responsibilities include sourcing candidates online, updating job ads and conducting background checks. If you have experience in end to end recruitment cycle and can help us recruit faster and more effectively. Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open bulk roles, helping managers find, hire, and retain quality candidates
• Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

• Bachelors Degree and equivalent
• Bulk recruiting experience 0 - 3 Years
• Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Working from office, Kalyani Nagar (Hybrid)
